I’m Coach Lady Reese, a love and relationship coach with a heart for helping people build deep, meaningful connections.
My journey started long before I became a coach—growing up in a home where love and conflict often intertwined, I became the go-to person for advice, even as a child.
That gift of listening, guiding, and supporting others stayed with me, leading me to a career in social work, where I worked with families navigating crisis, conflict, and healing.
Through my own life experiences—overcoming trauma, setting boundaries, and finding love that feels safe and secure—I discovered my true calling: empowering others to do the same.
Now, I help dating couples, lovers, and friends build relationships based on trust, communication, and emotional clarity.
I also support parents through group workshops and resources, helping them strengthen their families.
For my fellow social workers and advocates and professionals, I provide guidance on avoiding burnout, setting boundaries, and finding fulfillment in their work again.
